MMI Tank & Industrial Services (MMI) is a full turnkey Industrial Contractor serving clients in major markets across North America. At MMI, we provide engineering design capabilities, shop-fabricated welded tanks, tank foundations, new storage tank construction (welded and bolted), repairs/maintenance, and industrial coating.
Safety is MMI’s highest priority and a core company value. Our safety program is designed to create a safe and positive environment for each employee. We require on-the-job safety training and Job Hazard Analysis to be included in daily meetings (“toolbox talks”). Job safety analysis is conducted by MMI and independent consultants/experts. MMI is continually evaluating new ways to perform our work more safely.

MMI’s site foremen take pride in their work, not because it’s their job, but because their tanks are a reflection of themselves. MMI strives to only hire individuals who share this value. Prior to stepping foot on the jobsite, MMI develops a quality/inspection plan that meets or exceeds all code & customer requirements.
MMI provides you a dedicated project manager, one point of contact, to handle all details, scheduling, and communication for your project. Our project managers are honest, straightforward, and fair to all of our customers—NO EXCEPTIONS. Integrity is a driving force behind our operations.
Communication is critical to ensuring our customers’ goals and needs are met. MMI submits weekly progress reports and schedule updates so you know what we know.
